We Invented The Night is a post-rock ensemble who use beautiful stringarrangements, corky guitars, melancholy and happiness to express what the universe has for us.
The band that is less than a year old startet out as a quartet but the need for beauty and grand gestures was present right away. Therefore the band has expanded two times and is now a 21 piece orchestra containing two guitars, piano, bass, drums, stringquartet and a bunch of beautiful singers.
Your eyes cannot be dry when you have listened to the quiet as well as the robust voice of We Invented The Night.

“Not Cool". Initially, that was the title of the debut album from MF/MB/.
MF/MB/ is not cool. MF/MB/ is not the sound of Malmö, Stockholm, Berlin or New York, or any other place considered to be hip, progressive and associated with great music. MF/MB/ is and always will be the sound of Bollnäs. It may not be what the inhabitants of Bollnäs would refer to as the sound of their home town, but in the bands opinion it is. They’ve been doing this for five years now, started out as 17 year olds, playing Arcade Fire-covers, eight people on stage, trumpets and accordions. Lost their drummer, got a new one who could play like a drum machine, increased the electronic elements, moved to Malmö and somewhere around that time, the combination of influences in MF/MB/’s music began developing into something unique. When rehearsing new material, they could no longer say: “this song sounds just like LCD Soundsystem” (or any other similiar band). It sounded like none other than themselves. And oh, the thrill of that feeling... MF/MB/ is countryside and city streets, it’s woods and concrete, cigarettes and alcohol, hope and despair, clubs and saunas, autobahn and bad English. MF/MB/ is gay sex and straight sex and endless studio sessions. It’s the anger and disillusion of performing in Berlin as 18 year olds and then going back to Sweden to play in small pubs in the middle of nowhere for people who’d rather listen to Basshunter. MF/MB/ is a terrible band name. MF/MB/ is self confidence and bad conscience. Lack of money. Good looks. Clothes. Never looking back, always doing the same mistakes. It’s about frequent stupid questions in interviews - “Christine, how does it feel being the only girl in the band?” – and the inability to give the answers those questions deserve. MF/MB/ is a thousand compromises from a million ideas. It’s about filling up empty holes. It’s about staying alive by playing live. The oxygen on stage. Eyes of the audience. The handclaps and the shouts. MF/MB/ is guitars, drums, bass, synthesizers, vocals and computers, but most of all it’s Victor, Jocke, Sebastian, Christine and Erik, making the best music they know. Not cool or not-cool, that’s up to you. And even if you get it, you still just don’t get it. The 17th of May 2010 Adrian Recordings released the first appetizer from the upcoming debut album. The track is called “The Big Machine” and says it all. In the fall of 2010 the world will be haunted by the whirlwind, heat and flash that is to become there album “Folded”.

Frank Ziyanak Goes Solo after a tumultuous life in Death To Frank Ziyanak, Gezus Crystle, various aliases. With a ready Wong Boys album in the back pocket, Frank Ziyanak has now also chosen to concentrate on his own solo career. A lifestyle lifetime. The record has Morten Bue (Mew, Diefenbach, Figurines, The Rumour Said Fire) behind the buttons. The former Death To Frank Ziyanak Christian Ibber Nygaard is still behind the drums and his cousin Peter Nygaard on tangents.
The topic is love embodied with a cool glance. Hacking guitar, rumbling bass, floating keys, and hard-hitting drums. The text is simple and to stand out in each end of the emotional spectrum without pity and embarrassed tears.

TT is half Norwegian half English living in Denmark. Her sound is cinematic and her video art is musical. A beautiful person with a beautiful mind and the ability to make sounds out of everything.TT's debut is taking shape in collaboration with Frank Ziyanak (Wong Boys, Frank Ziyanak) who is the mixer aswell as executive producer and has just signed TT on his record label Frank Ziyanak Records.
TT's first response is indeed with Frank Ziyanak as guest musician on the gloomy "Fifty Percent Human", which stands in perfect contrast to TT's own closest Twin Peaks'ske voice transmission.
The full album can be expected in the autumn, but step by RECession and find out more about the girl.

The chop chop family is out of today's remix generation where collage is just as well as stylish. The music lives on references and samples of well chosen creates individual tracks, and stand as independent building blocks of the band's colorful trash-pop universe.Genre wise TCCF can be described as The Ramones meet Eurovision added a lost full trashpop, china synth and an extraordinary game of catchy tunes. TCCF looking unstoppable, uprententiøs, new wave punk rock where such characters as Jeff Colby from Dynasty and Andrew Ridgeley of Wham appear in the band's lyrical universe.

Fire Slag means “Four stroke” they consists of four gentlemen who draw on their experience from record shops, dance floors and film / theater and music all have the common denominator Techno in neural pathways. With a passion for electronic music and the sounds of classic synthesizers, they have together created a sound so black as oil and white as freshly fallen snow. The band varies their performance with a large portion jam elements that make their live concerts thrilling and seizes the mood of the concert hall or club. A concert by “Fire Slag” starts in the deepest dub and ends in a furious techno ballad.Fire Slag - Myspace

With his special mix of minimal house, acid and techno combined with dubs and vocal contributions, Swedish Andreas Tilliander has succeded to make a major breakthrough to a wider audience. The busy producer and DJ is also working at Swedish Radio P3, and he has assisted Familjen (SE) during his tour activities.Five years after the release of the smash hit “World Industries” Andreas Tilliander’s new album “Show” is out on Adrian Recordings – stuffed with irresistible rhythms, catchy melodies and a sterling production. The king of Swedish electronic music is back on the throne!
With “Show”, Andreas Tilliander takes his music one step further. His dub influences have become more obvious and the sound is darker and crispier without losing the warmth. Maybe this is because “Show” was recorded using old analogue synthesizers and hardware.

Kite is Nicklas Stenemo and Christian Berg. This duo has an impressive trackrecord in bands like Melody Club, Yvonne, The April Tears and others. But it´s together that the magic comes together. Melodic electronic pop that fits both the electronic audience as well as the indie-audience. Simply stunning. In time for RECession a brand new release will see the light of day as well.Kite - Myspace
